What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts from 2pm while check-out is until 12am.
On your departure day, if you want to spend some hours around Florence, you can leave your baggage for free at our front desk.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Diners, Amex, Bancomat.

What are your cancellation policies?

Bookings can be canceled or changed without penalty up 6pm of the day before your arrival. These are our general cancellation terms. We invite you to always check, when you are booking, to see if our cancellation terms have been updated or altered for any of our offers.

Have you got a car parking?

We are business partner with a garage kept under surveillance, offering a valet service. The car box has a cost of 30/40€ per day, depending on the car's type, that includes valet parking and access to ZTL at check-in and check-out. Upon request you can take advantage of valet service and access to ZTL even during the stay (cost: 5,00 €).

Do you offer Internet connection?

We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.

Do you have a gluten-free menu?

Our buffet breakfast features a corner with gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan products.

Terms and conditions

  • The general check-in time is 2.oo PM. Check-out is by 12.00 PM. In case of late check-out requests, an additional fee of 50€ per hour would be applied until 3.00 PM, according to the rooms’ availability. After that time, the best rate amount for one overnight stay would be applied.
  • Smoking it’s strictly forbidden in all the hotel’s areas (according to the article n°51 as per law n°3 of the 16/01/2003 and to the DPCM of the 23/12/2003).
  • Pets are not allowed within the premises
  • In case of not refundable reservations, please specify whether you are in need of the invoice or not during the booking process itself, giving us all the necessary details. If an invoice is not specifically required, a standard receipt of payment would be automatically released.
  • Access to the floors is allowed just after the due registration at the check-in desk. Without a valid ID card/passport, the hotel may refuse the customer’s stay. Kids under 18 have to stay at the hotel with their parents. If they are with just one parent, it is necessary to show the copy of a valid ID card/passport of the other one, as well as his/her declaration to allowing the kid’s overnight stay. Even in case of a stay without the parents, it is however necessary to show the parents’ permission as well as the written parental responsibility.
  • Minibar’s products are refurnished once per day for free by our staff. For additional requests, extra fees would be applied according to the current rates.
  • The hotel is not responsable for food or drinks consumed or introducted within the premises directly by the customers.
  • The hotel is located in a restricted traffic area and doesn’t have a car box. If you arrive by car and you are in need of the private garage service, our staff would be glad to book a box in the nearest garage, applying the best rate according to the customer car’s type. The garage is closed from 2.00 AM to 7.00 AM.
  • The City Tax has to be paid directly on the spot.
  • Early check-outs have to be confirmed by 6.00 PM of the day prior to the leaving. In case of late cancellations or no show, the cost of the first overnight would be charged on the credit card.
  • For reservations of six rooms or more, payment and cancellation options have to be complied directly with the hotel.
  • The hotel may verify the ID card’s validity through the pre-authorization charge of the first overnight stay fee. Please check whether you have provided the correct card’s number and expiration date.  If these records weren’t valid for any reason, the reservation would be automatically canceled without prior notification. Also, we would ask you to confirm that your credit card would expire after the check-out date
  • An extra person charge will apply for any reservation exceeding the maximum occupancy
  • All children under 3 years of age stay free of charge
